\t\nDubhaus Coop. V. \u2013 Terms of Service\n<\/h2>\n

\t\nThese Terms of Service set out the general conditions applicable to any design project\nundertaken by Dubhaus (Dubhaus Coop. V.).<\/strong> Clients are encouraged to review them carefully\nbefore engaging services.\n<\/p>\n

\n\tPayment\n<\/h3>\n

\nDeposits, final payments and delivery\n<\/h4>\n

\t\nDubhaus (Dubhaus Coop. V.)<\/strong> may request a 50% deposit prior to starting work on a project. If\nrequested, an invoice will be issued and must be paid within 30 days. Payment of the deposit\nconstitutes acceptance of these Terms of Service and formalizes the contract with Dubhaus\n(Dubhaus Coop. V.).<\/strong>\n<\/p>\n

\t\nThe remaining balance will be invoiced before the release of any logo files or final exports.\nDelivery may be withheld until full payment is received.\n<\/p>\n

\t\n\tInvoices may be issued earlier if the client remains unresponsive for more than 30 days.\n<\/p>\n

\t\nClients may request payment plans, which are subject to written agreement by both parties. All\npayments must be made within 30 days of invoice date.<\/p>\n

\t\nAny fees incurred in relation to collection or recovery of unpaid accounts (beyond 30 days) may\nbe charged to the client.\n<\/p>\n\n

\n\tRestrictions\n<\/h3>\n

\nUse of concepts and materials<\/h4>\n

\nThese Terms of Service do not grant clients rights to use, modify, alter, replicate, or borrow any\npreliminary concepts, sketches, or unused ideas. All original preparation materials remain the\nproperty of Dubhaus (Dubhaus Coop. V.).<\/strong>\n<\/p>\n

\nUnused ideas may be repurposed for future projects. Where similarities exist with final approved\nwork, such ideas will be sufficiently altered to avoid conflicts.\n<\/p>\n

\n\tUnless otherwise agreed, Dubhaus (Dubhaus Coop. V.) reserves the right to showcase\ncompleted works in its portfolio, online galleries, awards submissions, and print publications.\nAssociated works may include business cards, stationery, signage, digital icons, and similar\ndesign elements.\n<\/p>\n

\nSupporting materials created for a project may also be used by Dubhaus (Dubhaus Coop. V.)\nfor professional purposes.\n<\/p>\n

\n\tThe client may modify or adapt the final logo design at their own risk.\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

\n\tTrademark & Copyright\n<\/h3>\n

\nTrademark registration, copyright filings, and legal name searches are the client\u2019s responsibility.\n\tDubhaus (Dubhaus Coop. V.)<\/strong> does not provide assistance with these procedures. Clients must\nseek independent legal advice if trademark registration is required.\n<\/p>\n

\n\tCancellation\n<\/h3>\n

\n\tCancellation during the project\n<\/h4>\n

\n\tIf a client cancels a project after concepts have been delivered, prior payments are non refundable. Depending on the work completed and budget, partial refunds may be considered.\n<\/p>\n

\n\tIf Dubhaus (Dubhaus Coop. V.)<\/strong> is unable to complete the project due to unforeseen\ncircumstances, partial or full refunds may be issued, depending on the stage of completion.\n<\/p>\n

\n\tForce Majeure\n<\/h3>\n

\n\tDubhaus (Dubhaus Coop. V.)<\/strong> shall not be held liable for delays or failures in performance\ncaused by circumstances beyond its control, including natural disasters, government actions,\nterrorism, war, supply shortages, or other force majeure events.\n<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

\n\tTypefaces\n<\/h3>\n

\n\tLicensing of fonts or typefaces\n<\/h4>\n

\n\tAll fonts or typefaces purchased for final designs or supporting brand identity assets are subject\nto commercial licensing laws. Licensing grants rights exclusively to the license holder.\n<\/p>\n

\n\tIn the initial presentation of concepts, information about the typefaces used and where to\nacquire them will be provided. Clients are responsible for obtaining the necessary licenses (paid\nor free).\n<\/p>\n\n

\n\tIt is unlawful for Dubhaus (Dubhaus Coop. V.) to provide copies of licensed fonts\/typefaces.\nShould a client wish to use a specific font commercially, they must purchase and register the\nappropriate license.\n<\/p>\n

\n\tFonts used in logos typically do not require licensing since they are converted into vector\nartwork. However, if the client wishes to use fonts for editable purposes (e.g., websites or\nprinted presentations), the corresponding desktop license must be acquired.\n<\/p>\n\n

\n\tOwnership & Copyright\n<\/h3>\n

\n\tAll preparatory materials, sketches, visuals, and digital files remain the property of Dubhaus\n(Dubhaus Coop. V.).<\/strong> Ownership of final artwork transfers to the client only upon full payment.\n<\/p>\n

\n\tIf final payment is not made, all designs and concepts remain the property of Dubhaus\n(Dubhaus Coop. V.).<\/strong>\n<\/p>\n

\n\tIn case of non-payment, designs may be reused, amended, or included in the company\u2019s\nportfolio. Unauthorized use or modification without payment will result in immediate legal action.\n<\/p>\n

\n\tDubhaus (Dubhaus Coop. V.)<\/strong> retains the right to display any works created during the project\nas portfolio material, unless a specific NDA or confidentiality agreement has been established in\nadvance.\n<\/p>\n

\n\tFinal payment grants the client ownership solely of the agreed logo design. All other concepts\nremain the property of Dubhaus (Dubhaus Coop. V.)<\/strong> unless otherwise agreed.\n<\/p>\n

\n\tBrand Naming\n<\/h3>\n

\n\tClients are solely responsible for ensuring that their chosen name is legally available. Dubhaus\n(Dubhaus Coop. V.)<\/strong> is not liable for issues arising from naming conflicts after project\ncompletion.\n<\/p>\n

\n\tName changes during a project may lead to recalculated costs due to additional work required.\nIt is strongly recommended that clients confirm legal availability before initiating a project.\n<\/p>\n

\n\tProject Suspension\n<\/h3>\n

\n\tProjects may be suspended if excessive micromanagement, lack of trust, or non-payment\noccurs. Notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue will be provided.\n<\/p>\n

\n\tIn cases of suspension or termination, no refunds will be issued, and all developed work\nremains the property of Dubhaus (Dubhaus Coop. V.).<\/strong>\n<\/p>\n

\n\tLimitation of liability\n<\/h3>\n

\n\tClients acknowledge that Dubhaus (Dubhaus Coop. V.) <\/strong>is not responsible for losses or\ndamages resulting from the use of its services, including errors, omissions, or reliance on third-\nparty content. Use of delivered materials is entirely at the client\u2019s risk.\n<\/p>\n

\nAll efforts will be made to ensure originality of designs, including limited checks for plagiarism\nand trademark conflicts.
